Now in its 26th year, the longevity of 40 Leaders Under Forty is a testament to the talent in Greater Peoria. It’s a tribute to the men and women of our region whose integrity, creativity and work ethic are second to none.

In 1994, the 40 Leaders Under Forty program was created to recognize the emerging young leaders of central Illinois… and thus began a tradition that continues to this day. They come from many different walks of life, but hold one thing in common. They are united in their passion for their community, where their hard work and volunteer efforts are making a critical difference.
