Kyle Rose is a principal at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), providing assurance services to more than 85 clients in the employee benefits and commercial services industries. He leads a team of 10+ individuals and coordinates with other teams serving the areas of manufacturing, commercial services, and performing audits for 401(k), 403(b), pension and ESOP plans, working to ensure that fiduciary responsibilities and compliance issues are addressed and client needs are met. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA Society, he mentors other staff members and volunteers for significant initiatives within CLA focused on the areas of operational excellence, training and business development.
As an active member of Peoria Rotary North, Rose is involved in the Rotary Readers program, reading to students at Roosevelt Magnet School. He serves on the board of NexMobi, a local nonprofit working to establish Peoria as a hub and ecosystem for autonomous mobility providers to increase economic growth in the region. He is a graduate of CLA’s Promise Leadership School and the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership School.
As a former board member of the Young Professionals of Greater Peoria (YPGP) and co-chair of its Professional Development Committee, Rose helped to develop LEAP (Leaders Emerging for the Advancement of Peoria), a six-week leadership program, and YPGP Talks, TED-style talks that expose young professionals to passionate individuals in the community.
Rose volunteered as a musician in the Imago Dei Church worship band and led the church’s accounting committee for more than six years, performing monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and developing initial accounting policies and guidelines which put the institution on the path to financial sustainability. He also serves as president of the Lynnhurst Homeowners Association, responsible for financial accountability and oversight. PM
