Richard W. Blaudow, chairman and president of Advanced Technology Services, Inc., is one of the co-founders of the factory maintenance service company which opened its doors April 11, 1985. Mr. Blaudow is credited with starting and managing the Electronics Repair Department at Caterpillar, which later became the startup group of ATS. ATS, with approximately 365 employees, will move its headquarters to a new location in Peoria’s Pioneer Park during the last week in May.
