T. Jack Huggins, chairman and chief executive officer of Pekin Energy Company, joined CPC International, Corn Products Division, one of the partners in Pekin Energy Company, 23 years ago at their world headquarters in Englewood Clifts, New Jersey. In 1986 he came to Pekin Energy Company where he became president in 1989, and chairman and CEO in 1990. He talks with IBI about the numerous possibilities and advantages of ethanol, and the renewable fuels industry in general.
