I believe in harnessing the talents of others to create the most effective and creative approaches to solving problems.

Regardless of success or failure, the journey is often what is most valuable. 

My job is simply to lead good people in pursuit of a good cause. 

After considering the financial and emotional costs of a campaign, I decided this was a risk worth taking.

As long as opportunities exist and individuals apply their talents and capabilities, there are no ceilings. 

“My” major accomplishments are not really mine at all, but the result of good ideas, hard work and a tremendous love of children shared by my colleagues.

Rarely in life do you succeed all by yourself. My family and friends have had a huge impact on my success. I am grateful for the opportunities Caterpillar has given me.
