More than 200 students are currently enrolled at the Peoria Ballet Academy—and many of them are busy preparing for the spring production of Cinderella, featuring music by the Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev and choreography by Peoria Ballet’s own artistic director, Servy Gallardo.
