Jack Russell, president of Ja-Bo, Inc., was born and raised in Peoria. Upon graduating from the University of Montana, he completed a term in the U.S. Armed Forces and decided to enter the hotel/restaurant business. He now owns the Peoria KFC franchise, and talks with IBI about various community issues that affect him as a small business owner.
