The program’s major courses provide advanced studies in analytical decision-making, finance, technology, operations, marketing management, strategic leadership, global business, ethics and corporate responsibility. Elective courses provide expanded learning opportunities such as supply chain analysis and planning, entrepreneurship, ecommerce and e-marketing, healthcare management, and cultural diversity in the workplace.

The teaching methods utilized in the Midstate College MBA degree program include problem-based learning such as case studies to develop teamwork and situational leadership skills. Students collaborate to solve real-world problems in a manner which provides for the sharing of knowledge and experience. Students also engage in experiential learning and simulations that immerse them in hands-on learning and encourage reflection about the experience to develop new skills and new ways of thinking.

To meet the needs of adult learners, Midstate College has structured the delivery mode of the MBA degree program through online and on-campus courses.
