As a real estate broker at Keller Williams Premier Realty, Becky Petrany strives to deliver excellent customer service to individuals and families looking to buy or sell real estate. She achieved more than $3.5 million in sales volume over the last year, ranking among the top 17 percent of Keller Williams agents and top 11 percent of the Peoria Area Association of Realtors. She is also an instructor at Bradley University, teaching courses in public speaking and public relations, and serving as faculty advisor to the Public Relations Student Association.
A member of Keller Williams’ Agent Leadership Council, Petrany is a three-time Silver Award winner for sales volume and 2015 winner of the Outstanding Rookie Year Award. As membership chair of the Women’s Council of Realtors, she helps to facilitate professional growth, maintain professional standards and promote women’s achievements and influence in the industry.
Petrany is co-creator of the Young Professionals Board for Peoria Promise and president of the Young Professionals of Greater Peoria. A 2016 graduate of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership School, she now serves on the CLS committee, helping to plan activities and assisting with group projects. She is also a member of the Emerging Philanthropists Fund, an initiative of the Community Foundation of Central Illinois.
In 2014, Petrany became a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement, stressing the importance of STEM education and economic issues to local sixth-graders. She served two years on the board of Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service and has also served on the board of Family House, leading the Marketing and Events Committee and chairing its successful 30th anniversary fundraiser. She currently serves on Family House’s Philanthropy Committee and the Greater Peoria Economic Development Council’s Talent Attraction and Retention Committee.
A devout St. Jude runner, Petrany takes part in the Running Central to Peoria Run each year. She is also a participant in The 1000# Project, which brings young leaders together to impact the greatest needs of the Peoria community. iBi
