So how do you know if UnityPoint Health Plus is right for your company? Consider the benefits. With a traditional health insurance plan, you get a one-size-fits-all policy. Not with us. UnityPoint Health Plus is designed specifically to meet the needs of your workforce. And unlike traditional insurance plans, you control your own reserve and can earn interest income. Coverage is not mandated by the state, and no state taxes are due. You’ll pick your network with full access to claims data, timely reporting and no community rating requirements. It’s more flexible than traditional insurance plans.

You’ll receive a comprehensive package of health management services, including health risk assessments, on-site screenings and biometrics, health coaching, and employee engagement tools. - Family medicine. Our family medicine clinics are focused on caring for the entire family. Your employee will have a primary care provider who coordinates their care.
- Walk-in clinics. There’s no appointment needed at our convenient UnityPoint Clinic - Express Care and Proctor First Care locations. Your employees can walk in when they need to see a provider, and these clinics have extended night and weekend hours.
- UnityPoint Health – Junction Medical. Employees can join this unique clinic by paying a monthly fee. As a member, they’ll enjoy direct access to their care provider and bundled primary care services. Junction Medical doesn’t collect co-pays at time of service.
- MDVIP. Employees receive executive treatment with UnityPoint Clinic - MDVIP. An annual fee gets your employee an annual executive physical and direct 24/7 access to their physician.
- Specialty clinics. UnityPoint Clinic has the specialists your employees need, including cardiovascular services, pulmonology and sleep medicine, neurology, psychiatry and pediatric gastroenterology.
