Thomas E. Harrington

Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty

Thomas Harrington is a regional managing partner with Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty. He manages the local CBCDR office, providing commercial brokerage services and business and real estate development. Within three years of moving to the Peoria area, he has become well recognized for his leadership in the community.

In his role assisting real estate owners with their property needs, Harrington displays the diligence and market expertise necessary to guide them through complex and capital-intensive real estate decisions. As part of a development group working on a two-phased, mixed-use housing development near Bradley University, he negotiated nine sales contracts for the property assemblage, secured financing, and raised capital for the multi-million dollar project. While leading the project management, he worked with the City of Peoria and Bradley University officials throughout the design, construction and lease process.

Harrington was awarded the 2006 Mentor/Protégé Award by Coldwell Banker Commercial Corporate. His office has been a top-15 producer, winning Commercial Elite status for three of the five years since he has been with the company full time.

In addition to his professional leadership, Harrington has shown great commitment to the community through his volunteer efforts. He is in his fifth year of service with CASA of Peoria County, which advocates for the interests of abused and neglected children within the court system, and currently serves as vice president.

Harrington is a member of the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Peoria and has served two years on the City of Peoria Traffic Commission. He is in his third year with the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce Business Advisory Committee, and has previously served on the board of directors for Lifeline Pilots.

Through all of his professional and volunteer commitments, Harrington strives to make Peoria a first-class city in which to live and do business. iBi
