Jennifer Robin

Bradley University

Jennifer Robin is an assistant professor of Business Management and Administration at Bradley University, teaching in the undergraduate, MBA, Executive MBA and leadership development programs. She also serves as a research fellow and adjunct consultant for the Great Place to Work Institute.

At Bradley, she advises undergraduate majors and conducts research in her discipline. A transformational leader, Robin plays an active role in mentoring and cultivating the next generation of business leaders. She has worked with hundreds of local and national business executives, advising senior leadership teams on how to make their organizations great. In any given year, she coaches 20 to 30 individuals and meets with executive teams from multiple global organizations.

A rising leader among her peers, Robin serves on the Curriculum Committee for her department at Bradley, taking the lead to include additional coursework on organizational effectiveness. She also guides culture preservation efforts by the Foster College of Business in preparation for its upcoming move, and is a sought-after speaker for student organizations campus-wide.

Outside of her professional leadership, Robin has been an unwavering advocate for the welfare of women and children in the community. She serves on the board of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Memorial Affiliate and was instrumental in expanding the organization’s service area by 300 percent. In support of CASA for Peoria County, Robin will participate in the upcoming fundraiser, CASAblanca - Dancing with the Local Stars, to help raise money to ensure the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children.

As an educator, Robin has received numerous awards for excellence, including the Outstanding Faculty Award, Outstanding Academic Advisor Award, Caterpillar New Faculty Achievement Award for Teaching, and Outstanding Organization Advisor Award. She has delivered keynote addresses to local, national and international audiences, including the Great Place to Work European Conference and the American Psychological Association. She has been published in a number of prestigious academic journals, authored three successful books, and is currently under contract for her fourth. iBi
