Patrick J. Dierker

CGN & Associates

Over the past ten years, Patrick Dierker has worked as an associate partner at CGN & Associates, a private, global business performance consulting firm. A graduate of the School of Business at the University of Iowa, Dierker joined CGN and has been an invaluable player in the growth of the company, its clients and the community. His leadership skills were evident right from the start—as one of the first senior associates, he helped in both strategy and execution.

Dierker is responsible for involving CGN in several community service organizations, such as Easter Seals, the American Red Cross, Peoria School District 150, the Washington Gifted School and Peoria Beautiful. He has also been involved in the Christmas basket program for families in need, put in time at the Guardian Angel Home and worked on the Salvation Army Tree of Lights.

As a member of the Easter Seals VIP Campaign, Dierker has been an effective campaign champion and fundraiser. He has collected thousands of dollars for the organization and now serves on the Easter Seals steering cabinet.

Dierker believes that the success of the community depends on nurturing and developing the younger generations. He has made presentations to local schools on career options and works with the Washington Gifted Middle School through its Adopt-a-School partner program. Dierker is the corporate liaison for District 150 and has been active in the implementation and support of the Pacific Institute’s 21 Keys program.

Because of his belief that sports and exercise are critical to keeping one’s work life balanced, Dierker is involved with girls’ youth soccer and is a member of the Illinois Valley Striders. He and his wife, Paige, were inaugural advocates of the DaVinci group for young professionals at Lakeview.

Dierker is a member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago, recognized as one of the top speaking forums in the country. He is also an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

It requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage and faith to be a transforming leader. Patrick Dierker fits the mold, having actively driven significant impacts, not only on the businesses that he has touched, but the region and the community at large. iBi
