Chamber of Commerce Introduces a New Brand Identity

Members of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and the community have known for nearly 100 years how the Chamber brings businesses together and helps push them forward into a prosperous and growing future. Thanks to a new logo, they can now see this. The logo utilizes a bold new color scheme and evokes a lively feeling of motion and connectivity. The Chamber revealed the new logo at The Heartland Partnership Annual Meeting in May. Since then, the new look has been finding its way into the media.

This new look coincides with the beginning of a technological revolution at the Chamber and may be seen gracing the top of its electronic publications. Members have been responding well to the new Chamber Communicator e-newsletter, which arrives in members' inboxes once a week with helpful updates and articles.

June marked the unveiling of the new Chamber Web site, which not only has an updated look and feel, but also many more functional and useful features. Members may now register and pay for events online, take advantage of a members-only section, and enjoy a visual format utilizing the Chamber's new color scheme and some great photography of the Peoria area.

These changes show the commitment of the Chamber to its membership, and their intention to constantly keep their members up to date on the latest business information, while fostering business relationships and advocating business interests in legislation. The Chamber's new look and use of their electronic newsletter and updated Web site are just a few of the ways the Chamber works to ensure members get the full value of their membership. IBI
