Tracy Techau serves as scout executive/CEO of the W. D. Boyce Council, Boy Scouts of America. In this role he is responsible for the successful delivery of the scouting program for 14 counties in central Illinois. "In an environment such as this, it is absolutely essential to be a leader, a servant, a statesman, a politician, a communicator, and able to break bread with people from all walks of life. And I do mean all walks of life. This is the part of the job I love the most. "
