James Baldwin is vice president of Parts and Service Support for Caterpillar Inc., with responsibility for parts distribution facilities throughout the world (23 facilities), and the production of all service training information, literature, parts book, and service development. He was recently appointed as chairman of the Riverfront Business District Commission, and he talks with IBI about the upcoming changes in downtown Peoria.
