Established in 2016, [CxT] Roasting Company is a family-owned business specializing in specialty-grade coffee and tea for both retail and wholesale. [CxT] prides itself on providing a large selection of coffees from the best producer countries to create tailormade flavor profiles and blend recipes for area businesses and organizations.

All of its coffee is small-batch roasted in-house by owner Tristan Popadziuk, a certified “Roasting Professional” with the Specialty Coffee Association and active member of the Roasters’ Guild. With two cafés in downtown Peoria, [CxtT] recently launched a third location at Keller Station, giving them space to expand their brand and services—where each and every cup manifests deep knowledge, dedication, passion and hard work.
