The hit musical Mamma Mia!, featuring classic songs of the Swedish pop group ABBA, took Peoria by storm last year at Peoria Players Theatre. In fact, it was so popular that it’s returning in the spring of 2020, once again directed by Jimmy Ulrich.
The spectacular production featured cast members singing and dancing in outlandish, sparkly costumes, complete with platform boots. Randee Blickenstaff choregraphed the production, with music direction by Holly Haines. peoriaplayers.org
