Since coming to life six years ago, the First Fridays studio tour has been a staple of the Peoria arts scene, offering an inside look at artists’ studios and art galleries on the first Friday of every month. Founded by the Central Illinois Artists Organization (CIAO), it brings local talent into the spotlight and presents art as a rewarding experience—inspiring even the least artistic of individuals to see their community in a new way.
