On average, 1,800 people visited a Peoria Public Library location each day in 2018, utilizing its peer-reviewed databases, free wi-fi, public computers, meeting spaces and special programs (and, of course, borrowing nearly 950,000 items).   • Kanopy: A free streaming service of more than 30,000 films, from documentaries and instructional lessons to classics and comedies. 
  • Newspapers: Browse local news or access more than 300 U.S. and international news sources, including the New York Times and Times of London.
  • Genealogy and Local History: A multitude of local history articles and artifacts supplemented by online genealogical research databases, with more than 4.4 billion records from around the world.
