Holly Mosack

Advanced Technology Services, Inc.

Holly Mosack serves as the recruiting manager for Advanced Technology Services, responsible for its overall recruitment efforts. She develops and implements the company’s strategy for college, military and professional recruiting, and actively monitors the candidate selection process. Mosack identifies and incorporates best practices, new trends and innovative technologies to program plans and provides professional consultation and support to management on recruitment opportunities, challenges and issues.

After graduating from Northwestern University, Mosack was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army. For seven years, she served on active duty with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, 101st Airborne Division and 82nd Airborne Division. She advanced to the rank of captain, with her final assignment as a company commander in the 82nd Airborne Division, including a tour in Iraq.

Mosack then returned to Peoria and implemented a highly successful military recruitment program at ATS, earning local and national recognition. The establishment of this program and design of military-friendly policies have led to veterans comprising nearly 30 percent of the total ATS workforce.

In her five years at ATS, Mosack has been responsible for hiring over 3,000 people throughout the United States. Her military recruitment program has earned numerous awards, including three from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense committee. It was also recognized with the 2008 State of Illinois American Legion Large Employer of the Year Award and received honorable mentions in the 2006 and 2008 GI Jobs Top Friendly Military Employers lists.

Personally, Mosack has been awarded the State of Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs Award and the ESGR Patriot Employer Award. Active in her community, she has served on the Tee It Up for the Troops Golf Classic Committee for the past two years and is a Military & Community Outreach volunteer for the ESGR. She also serves on retreat teams for the Peoria Cursillo and Teens Encounter Christ programs.

In addition to her commitments at work and in the community, Mosack dedicates her time to her two young boys, continuously putting her family first and succeeding in this delicate juggling act. iBi
