In all aspects of his life, Williams inspires others to grow and succeed each day through his dedication, structured discipline, intelligence, sense of humor and commitment to excellence. A leader is someone who others choose to follow, and the Peoria community will prosper for many years to come as others follow Williams’ lead. iBi
