Twenty-seven years ago, a new initiative was created to recognize the rising young stars of central Illinois. One of the first programs of its kind in the country, 40 Leaders Under Forty has been a local tradition ever since—a rite of passage for Greater Peoria’s emerging leaders.

They come from many different walks of life, but are united in passion for their community. Their talent, integrity, creativity and work ethic are second to none. Day in and day out, their dedication, vision and volunteerism are making our region a better place to live, work and play.
